Creating a profile on securidex is fast and easy.

-Just click on sign up, fill out the form wait to receive your verification email and login.

-You’ll find your CV on your home page and then proceed to fill out the 4-step CV application.

-Please ensure you have a Professional Profile picture for your CV.

-Once you've completed your CV you can click on subscription and choose a package according to your budget.

To edit or manage your profile.

-Login with your details, click on your CV and from there you can edit/change your profile and online CV.

Securidex uses suggested AI to ensure that vacancies that you’re qualified for, to match your CV and it gives a percentage match. Securidex allows you to view and apply for vacancies that you search for. Securidex uses an "invite" method to ensure that your contact information is sent directly to the company that you’ve applied for a vacancy and does not fall into the wrong hands.

To upgrade your subscription.

-Login with your username and password.

-On the home screen click on subscription.

-There you can choose the package that suits your budget.

To cancel your subscription with Securidex.

Please send us an email us at support@securidex.co.za, with the subject line cancellation and your username.

Please note that a month’s notice is to be given on any cancellation.

-No refunds will be permitted.(Please see terms of use and the terms and conditions).

To retrieve your lost login details.

-When logging in you will see the option for "forgot password'

-You will recieve a verification email sent by the Securidex team. 

-Follow the steps.

-And soon you will be back on Securidex.

To change your details.

Login to Securidex.

-On the home screen click on "account".

-There you can change your details on your account.

*Remember to press save at the end of updating your details.

Please take note that:

-All payments are done through PayFast.

-On your payment application you can select EFT, Credit Card or Debit Card payments.

To search for a vacancy:

-Login to Securidex.

-On the landing page, click on vacancy type(and select the vacancy type that you are looking for).

-Next you can choose the city/area you are looking for.

-Hit the search button and results will appear in seconds.

First, ensure that your account is approved and your subscription is verified.

-Login with Securidex.

-On your landing page click on my vacancies.

-Click on add new.

Easy and efficient.

To edit a vacancy:

-Login with Securidex.

-Go to My Vacancies.

-On the icons you will see the edit button.

 -There you will be able to edit your vacancy and it will immediately be updated. 

To delete a vacancy:

-Click on the Status Icon and select whether the vacancy is active, filled or discontinued.

-You can change the status and edit your vacancies at anytime to make your recruitment efficient.
